Noddy's adventures

This post has been a while in the making. Noddy and his entourage arrived in Alice Springs from the south. We didn’t know a much about Alice and were surprised that it is situated within mountain ranges. The road in to the town is through a Gap in the MacDonnell Ranges, with East and West Macs as they are called are visited separately.

There is so much to see and do here, and they have tried to merge indigenous and recent western culture together into the stories told. Nowadays the traditional owners of the land are included and consulted in decisions made.

There is a lot to see and do here – lots of walking and touring trails, plenty of adventure tours, old gaols, a Women’s museum, the Flying Doctor museum, a transport museum, telegraph station and the desert park just to name a few. Have a look how Noddy spent his days here:
